Revenue Size: Minimum of $4Million annually. Commercial Services work.
Volume: Minimum of 100 Projects per year
Equipment: Fleet & Moving

Installers must have Certification including Steelcase, Herman Miller, Haworth,
Knoll, Technion

Operating Procedures
Single Point of Coordination
On-Ground service provider will handle all communication with customer

Project Requirements (All)
Walk-Thru on all Projects
Detailed “Scope of Services” outlining all aspects of project and responsibilities
Written estimate for all anticipated charges
Every Project will have a contract drafted that shows “Scope of Services” and
corresponding pricing.

Claims Processing
All claims will be processed and resolved by service providers within 30 days
of filing by Client

Service Level Agreement
A comprehensive Service Level Agreement has been drafted for this Offering.
All service providers are met with Quarterly to review the Agreement and to
ensure that all participants are performing to the standards set.

Pricing has been provided by all service partners in the markets where they
serve. Prices are published for SourceRelo clients when
they enter into a project location.
